Actually, I shocked myself and my trainer at the gym this afternoon. He sees no plateau in my training at all, only gains. My workout included the following:
Chin/dip assists at 150lbs x 6 x 2, 180x 6, 20 burpees x 2, chops and other fun free motion stuff, core work out with medicine ball, leg lifts, and bicycle kicks.
Today's thought (as I go to bed), persevere through! It's worth it. Before you're even half way through, you will know a sense of true accomplishment and joy.
